Registration
 
How do I register?
Go to top left corner on the home page and you shall find Register button. Click on register button and you will be redirected to registration page. Enter details in the registration form and submit the page. On successful registration you would log into the system. 
 
Are there any charges for registration?
No there are no registration charges.
 
Do I have to necessarily register to shop?
It is not always necessary to register to shop. You can provide your contact information by clicking on "Receive Call to place order" located at center of the header on the home page. We will contact you and take your order on phone.
 
Can I have multiple registrations?
You can have multiple registrations but better to have access with single registration since it will be easy for you to manage single account rather than managing multiple accounts.

What is My Account?
My Account is the place where you can edit your registered details with us. Request to keep this information uptodate.
 
How do I reset my password when forgotten?
You need to go to Login page and click on forgot password button. It will ask for username which you will have to provide to send you the password. You can use same password to login. You can also change your password by going into My Account and updating your password.
 
What are credit notes & where can I see my credit notes?
Credit Notes will appear on My Account page.
 
What can I see My Shopping List?
Items that shop or add to cart are visible in the cart at the top left corner. You can also see entire shopping list on checkout or cart page and finally on the confirmation page. Once order is placed you will see it in My Orders page. You can go to My Orders at the top left corner.
 
Payment
 
What are the modes of payment?
Current mode of payment is Cash on Delivery. Soon we will bring POS devices to enable payments through credit and debit cards.
 
Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is VAT added to the invoice?
The shop may or may not incurr applicable VAT based on their sales or turnover limits. We provide only order summary with estimated cost to a certain extent. The invoice is to be provided by the shop. We will incurr only delivery charges which gets added to your invoice.
 
What is the meaning of cash on delivery?
Cash on Delivery means that you have to pay in cash when our delivery person comes and delivers your product or shopping items.

When will I receive my order?
You will receive your order as per the chosen delivery slot by you on same day or next day. We deliver all pre-order items next day only. 
 
How are the fruits and vegetables packaged?
Fruits and Vegetables are cleaned, weighed and put into the racks designed for delivery. Racks are then covered with plastic foils.

How will the delivery be done?
Our delivery person may bring the items to your doorstep. They will ride through bike or our tempo may come for delivery. 
 
How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?
You can provide residence address for delivery and you can change the shipping address, if different from residence address on cart page, to deliver at different address. Choose appropriate delivery slot.
 
How much are the delivery charges?
We charge flat Rs. 20 as normal delivery charge based on our delivery slots of 3 hours.
 
Do you deliver in my area?
We currently operate in Wagholi and Kharadi. Hence delivery in this area is done by us. If your area falls in this two areas then you would receive the delivery.
 
Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?
Yes. You will receive call from your delivery person in case of delay due to unfortunate circumstances. We generally believe in delivering on time.
 
What is the minimum order for delivery?
No minimum order for delivery.
 
Do you do same day delivery?
Yes. You would be delivered only based on your selected slot. To change delivery slot call us.
 
Is Same Day Delivery applicable to only a few products or all products?
Pre-Order products are exclusion from same day delivery. Also our delivery model is based on slots. You need to select appropriate slot for delivery for same day delivery too.

What are delivery slots?
Delivery slots are broken up in slots of 3 hours between 9:00 am to next day 9:00 pm. You can choose appropriate delivery slot.
 
Can I change my order delivery slot after placing the order?
You cannot change delivery slot after placing order. You got to call us to change the slot.
 
How do I add or remove products after placing my order?
You cannot edit your order after placing/confirming the order. You will be able to edit it before you provide confirmation to place order. You got to call us to change the order after placing/confirming it within 30 minutes of placing the order incase you want to change or cancel it. 
 
Is it possible to order an item which is out of stock?
No you would not be allowed to place order for items out of stock.
 
How do I check the current status of my order?
You can see the order status in order details page. Go to My Orders and select the order for which you want to see the status.
 
How do I check which items were not available from my order? Will someone inform me about the items unavailable in my order before delivery?
Our delivery person will update you on the items which are unavailable for the order placed by you and accordingly deduct amount from the invoice or bill provided by shops and request you to pay accordingly.
 
When and how can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order only within next 30 minutes of placing your order.

Others
 
Do you have offline stores?
No we do not have offline stores. We are stores aggregator and bring most of the products from the selected shops by you. We may have our products listed.
 
Where can I find currently running offers/ promotions?
You will find it on homepage whenever any offers or promotions are run by us.
 
What do I do if an item is defective (broken, leaking, expired)?
You have to return it to the delivery boy immediately upon receipt of the item, if you find product broken, defective, expired. Any items reported after the delivery person leaves your premises will not be entertained. 
 
How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return? What are the modes of refund?

I am a corporate/ business. Can I place orders with keepstores.com?
You can place bulk orders or corporate orders by request us to call you.
